My name is Jenna. I’m 24 and a half years old, born and bred in the smallest state in this wonderful union with the longest name: The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. I lived in a small town until I went west for college in the south Bay area. From there I graduimacated and started working in private industry. My job transferred me to Austin, TX, where one restaurant experience completely changed my life. Now I’m out of the business world and on the verge of culinary school. I dream of one day owning and operating my own little locally-sourced restaurant and to just enjoy cooking for friends and family. And of course to enjoy EATING because it’s the best thing there is.
